Design Thinking Workshops

A 2 day deep dive session on how Design Thinking can be applied to tackle social problems, unpack ideas or innovate existing product/services.
These workshops are not only for business analysts and not restricted to IT but more for anyone who is involved in product and service design.
Design thinking is highly dependent on human interactions to be able to draw needs and insights and therefore derive opportunities that are used to generate possible ideas to innovate and make out-of-the-box thinking a regular practice for yourself or teams.
In this workshop, we apply this approach to community problems and work through the process to come up with unique solutions.

DESIGN THINKING ONSITE COACHING AND MENTORING

Often participants attend workshops and are unable to get back and implement their learning on real life scenarios. We therefore provide:
• Provide weekly 2-hour coaching for team members at each stage of their project post a workshop/course.
• Coaching for team members at each stage of their project post attending a workshop
• Facilitate engaging activities based on each process phase
• Review and Provide feedback on each deliverable
• Manage and QA their outcomes

Agile Project Delivery Workshops

Agile provides early confirmation to customers that requirements can be met.
The following workshop will give participants a practical experience with Agile. And also the ability to differentiate Agile from other SDLC models.
Agile executes projects, and delivers solutions in a highly customer centric, incremental, iterative and adaptive manner.
Participants will immerse in interactive sessions learning and doing activities.
